GRAIN FINISHED: 90-120 day grain finish to give our beef superior marbling and tenderizing.
Our cattle are raised utilizing regenerative pastures. These grazing methods contribute to the health of our soil, thereby creating a sustainable ecology on our ranches. Our cattle are humanely treated and spend a majority of their lives free roaming on open pastures. We do not use hormones.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Expedited orders are fulfilled in 4 weeks. Standard orders are fulfilles in 8 weeks.
How long will my meat last?
Our vaccum seal allows for you to safely store your meat in a freezer for up to 2.5 years.
What size freezer/fridge will I need to store my meat?
To store a 1/2 steer you wil need a 21 CF (+/-) fridge/freezer.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping costs avg $1.25/lb to be delivered to your door. Short haul delivery is included to residents of Oakdale, CA, Carson City and Fallon, NV.
When we see the poundage of a steer, how much is consumable?
We offer wholesale pricing based on hanging weight. Consumable weight ranges from 80-85% of total poundage.

How Do I Place AN Order?
We are only accepting orders for a whole or a half steer for 2022. As we expand our operations in 2023 we will be able to accept smaller orders online. You may split your order with friends and/or family members.
